Why do I need a Talent Manager?
It’s the same reason you have an editor, a thumbnail person, and mods in your chat. They are the best at what they do, and we are the best at Talent Management, we know the ins and outs, the contacts, and what a good rate is, so we can manage your brand deals while you focus on making amazing content for your audience.
How much would this cost me?
We work purely of commission, and it works in two ways.
We bring you a deal, where we have showcased you to a client or agency and they have snapped you up, in these cases we take 20%.
An agency has come to you and already wants you to work with them. We then negotiate the deal, in this case, we take 15%.
What else do you do?
Alongside the negotiation, we manage all communication with the client/agency/brand we get you a brief, make it as simple as possible and work with you to ensure all the deliverables are met.
We also take care of all the legal stuff, we check the contract to ensure that all of the deliverables are there, the fee is right, taxes are correct, your IP is protected, and usage rights are fair and paid for.
Outside the normal, we essentially can help in any way imaginable, we can work with you to suggest growth plans, and content assessments, and manage workflows for content delivery, we are also multiskilled, so if you need content editing at short notice we can do that too.
