British Heart Foundation “Flatline” X MattHDGamer

We recently had the pleasure of working with one of the UK’s leading charities The British Heart Foundation! They wanted to work with Matt to raise awareness of heart disease in the UK with a stream takeover!

The idea was simple, no one knows when a heart attack might strike, so surprising the audience with a co-ordinated release of a video at exactly 5 pm on Friday 16th February all over Twitch and Youtube was the way to go. With Matt being a major FC23 and FIFA creator this is a subject well known in these circles, with footballers having suffered heart attacks on the pitch, making it a subject close to the hearts of many in the footballing community.

This campaign by the BHF has a specific focus on reaching Gen Z individuals, who are most likely to have received training in life-saving CPR. It's worth noting that over 70% of Twitch users fall within the age range of 18 to 34 years old.

This was a great way of raising awareness of a major issue, and we were so pleased to have been a part of it, and to support an incredible charity.
